1. Introduction

Welcome to NaturalProducts.pk. This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for customers who subscribe to receive specific products on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription Process

• Customers can subscribe to selected products to receive them monthly on a recurring basis.
• Subscribed products will be dispatched on the 25th of every month, unless it falls on a non-working day. In such cases, the product will be shipped on the next working day.
• Customers enjoy a discounted price on products when subscribing.

3. Subscription Billing & Payments

• Payments for subscription orders are automatically processed each billing cycle.
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, easypaisa, jazzcash.
• Subscribers must ensure their payment details are up to date to avoid service interruptions.

4. Subscription Cancellation & Charges

• Subscribers can cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
• If a subscriber cancels after receiving the discount on previous orders, we will charge the price difference for previously delivered products (i.e., the amount discounted for subscription will be adjusted as if purchased at regular price).
• Refunds are not applicable for already processed subscription orders.

5. Product Modification & Flavor Change

• Subscribers can request to change the flavor or variant of their subscribed product before the dispatch date (25th of each month).
• Requests must be sent via email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before dispatch.

6. Subscription Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify pricing, products, or terms of the subscription plan.
• Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
